PM Modi rides K-9 Vajra Self Propelled Howitzer

PM Modi inaugurated the Armoured Systems Complex (ASC) in Gujarat on January 19. The complex is located at Hazira near Surat. It is India's first private facility where the K9 Vajra self-propelled Howitzer guns will be manufactured. Larsen & Toubro (L&T) had won the contract to supply 100 self-propelled gun systems to the army. Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman was also present on the occasion.
