Prez Kovind confers Shaurya Chakra to Kashmiri boy for foiling attack by 3 terrorists

President Ram Nath Kovind conferred a Kashmiri boy named Irfan Ramzan Shiekh with Shaurya Chakra. Irfan had earlier in 2017 foiled an attack by three terrorists on his house in Jammu and Kashmir. Irfan was honored in presence of PM Modi.
