India put the onus on other Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) member countries to come out with a plan to address the issues raised by it. On Monday, India decided against joining RCEP trade deal saying that it didn't receive any 'credible assurance on market access and non-tariff barriers'. The other 15 members, however, decided to go ahead and sign the trade deal sometime next year.
