‘Shiv Sena CM at any cost’: Sanjay Raut, after BJP says it can’t form govt

Shiv Sena insisted that it will have the CM post after BJP declined Guv's offer to form government in Maharashtra. Earlier, BJP leaders had met Governor and expressed its inability to form government. BJP blamed Sena for abandoning pre-poll tie-up and said that Sena was disrespecting the mandate for alliance.
