Sonia Gandhi back as Congress chief after marathon CWC meet

The CWC has appointed Sonia Gandhi as interim Congress president. The decision came after Rahul Gandhi declined the CWC's last ditch appeal to continue as party chief. Rahul had resigned as Congress President in May after the poll debacle.
