Surgical strike video: Govt using jawans for votes, says Congress

Footage of the 2016 surgical strikes in Pakistan was released today and the Congress is not too happy about it. It has accused the BJP of using the Army for political gains. BJP reacted sharply to the criticism. Junior home minister Kiren Rijiju demanded an apology from the Congress.
