‘Terrorists aren’t uneducated...’: Rajnath Singh at NIT convocation ceremony

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh visited NIT in Haryana's Kurukshetra. Singh was in Kurukshetra to attend institute's 17th convocation. Singh said that terrorists are not uneducated, they are graduates and technical degree holders. However, due to differences in values, they kill people.
