An incident of chain-snatching in Tamil Nadu's Madurai was caught on camera. The incident took place in Madurai's Thirunagar. The bike-borne assailant targeted a woman. He first stopped her and the two were seen conversing. Then he attempted to snatch her necklace. The victim fell and the criminal grabbed the chain and fled.
