10-year-old girl identifies Kasab accused in the 26/11 attacks

The key accused in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks was laughing when he fired upon people, a court official quoting an eyewitness, said on Wednesday. Special public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam told reporters that Devika Rotawan in the special court where she was produced during the hearing identified Ajmal Amir Kasab.
