2G scam: Kanimozi shifts blame on PM, FM

DMK MP and 2G scam accused Kanimozhi has now tried to deflect blame for the scam. She told Delhi Court that it was the Prime Minister, Finance Minister and Telecom Minister's decision not to auction 2G licences.
