3 arrested for bulk train ticket booking racket

The Delhi Police have arrested three people, including two travel agents, for allegedly cheating several commuters by charging them six times the value of confirmed train tickets. They would book tickets in bulk under different names and get them confirmed after which they would "sell" them to commuters. Police said they would charge six times the original fare.
