* A day at work is measured in eight or more hours of shift duty. * There are no time slots. * The wake up call is one hour before the dive. * We brush but do not shower before going into the water. * Carry light food — some fruits or sandwiches for lunch, and water. * Work continuously for eight hours. *Come back to the sat chamber, have a shower, read some magazines, listen to some music, talk to chamber mates, sleep.
