AAP leader Dharmendra Koli charged with molestation

After a case of molestation was filed against AAP's newly- elected MLA from Seemapuri, Dharmendra Koli, party's leader Gopal Rai indirectly targeted the opposition for framing Koli in order to quench their defeat.
