AFSPA issue should not be politicized: Azad

Speaking about the revocation of Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) in Kashmir, health minister Ghulam Nabi Azad has said that the contentious issue should be left to the state chief minister and the Union home minister to discuss, adding that the controversial issue should not be politicized. Azad said that public debate on the issue should be avoided since it was a critical matter related to the country's defence.
