Ajit Pawar returns as Maharashtra deputy CM

Within three months of quitting the Maharashtra government, senior Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Ajit Pawar, armed with a clean chit in the Maharashtra irrigation scam, on Friday rejoined the state cabinet as deputy chief minister.
