Assam: Congress leader arrested for allegedly trying to rape a woman

At a time when security of women is high on agenda, the Congress faced a major embarrassment after, a party leader named Bikram Singh Brahma from Chirang district of Assam, was arrested by the police for allegedly attempting to rape a woman.
