Badal meets PM, seeks clemency for Bhullar

After the Supreme Court refused to commute his death sentence to life imprisonment, Punjab chief minister Prakash Singh Badal on Monday met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to seek clemency for Devinderpal Singh Bhullar, a convict in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts.
