Barrack no. 13 for Nupur Talwar

The bail application by Nupur Talwar, accused of murdering her 13-year-old daughter Aarushi, has been rejected by the special CBI court on Monday. Mrs. Talwar has been taken into custody and has left for the Dasna Jail. She had sought bail under section 437 of CRPC. The CBI had strongly opposed Nupur's bail plea stating that release of the prime accused would affect the case.
