BJP and Congress clash outside Bansal’s residence

Demanding the resignation of local MP and railway minister Pawan Kumar Bansal, following the arrest of his nephew Vijay Singla in a bribery case, the local wing of the BJP tried to gherao the residence of Bansal in Sector 28, raising slogans against him. A minor scuffle also took place at the spot between leaders and municipal councillors of Congress and BJP.
