BJP dubs PM'S statement as 'a list of excuses'

The BJP on Monday accused Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh of hiding facts in the coal scam and dubbed his statement 'as a list of excuses'. Senior BJP leader Jaswant Singh retorted after the PM broke his silence on the multi-billion dollar coal scam and said that it is incorrect to discuss the Comptroller and Auditor General's (CAG) report in the Parliament. NCP general secretary Devi Prasad Tripathi said that the BJP was at fault for stalling parliamentary proceedings, especially when the PM was ready to make a statement.
