BJP instigating communal violence in UP: Congress

As a panchayat called in Khera village in Meerut to protest the arrest of the BJP leader Sangeet Som turned violent on Sunday, president of Congress unit in UP, Rita Bahuguna said that BJP is trying to instigate communal violence in order to gain power in the centre.
