BJP not to allow demolition of Ram Setu: Rajnath

The Bharatiya Janata Party on Saturday has said that it will not allow the central government to go ahead with a shipping canal project that would hurt Hindu sentiments. Work on the Sethusamudram Shipping Canal project was first proposed almost a century ago but was started in 2005 but has been suspended due to a court stay.
