BJP slams Congress over closure of Bofors case

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday in New Delhi slammed the Congress government after the Delhi High Court withdrew prosecution against one of the most wanted men in Bofors Kickback case, Ottavio Quattrocchi. BJP spokesperson Ravi Shankar Prasad said the Congress led ruling government has been rampantly using the CBI in its favour.
