BJP slams Digvijay, demand clarification from PM, Sonia

BJP General Secretary Ravishankar Prasad slammed General Secretary of Congress party Digvijay Singh, for his remarks over the threat to Hemant Karkare. Speaking to the media in New Delhi on Saturday, Prasad said that the comments of Digvijay Singh were inappropriate at a time when the country is still struggling to prevent militant activities operated from across the border. Prasad, on behalf of the Opposition party, demanded for a clarification from Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi.
