BJP slams 'low performance' rail budget

Even as Union railways minister Pawan Kumar Bansal on Tuesday presented the much awaited rail budget for 2013-14 in the Lok Sabha, main opposition BJP has slammed the Congress-led UPA calling it low performance and highly disappointing.
