Blackmailing characteristic of BJP: Alvi

Even as main opposition remains firm demanding Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's statement on the recent Coalgate files missing episode, Congress leader, Rashid Alvi on Tuesday said that blackmailing was a character of the BJP.
