Bodies of CPI (M) workers, killed by Maoists,recovered in WB

The bodies of four workers of the Communist Party of India (Marxist),killed by Maoists in West Midnapore district in West Bengal on Thursday, were found abandoned on the Silda-Bankura road on Friday. The middle-aged CPI-M supporters were picked up from their residences at Chandabila village in nearby Binpur police station by a group of 20-armed Maoist cadre last midnight. Several posters were also found near the bodies. They claimed responsibility for the attack saying that the four were killed because they were police informers.
