Mumbai boasts of a Business process outsourcing or BPO unit which is predominantly run by the visually challenged. The call centre named "Drishti' meaning 'vision' in Hindi is the only call centre in the country that has put in its faith in the capabilities of these visually impaired people. For all those working happily in the call centre, being sightless is no barrier to earn a decent livelihood.
