Camels being smuggled on a large scale

Popularly called the 'ship of the desert' in the state of Rajasthan, there is a rampant smuggling of camels these days. These camels are smuggled to neighbouring Bangladesh, yet it is strange that the states, through which they cross en route to their journey, have none to care about them.
