CCTV footage: Pet dog has a face-off with leopard in Mumbai

A leopard was caught on a CCTV camera, wandering outside a bungalow in Mumbai and trying to look for a way in. The footage shows a sleeping dog inside the gate, startled by the leopard pawing at the grill. The dog then starts barking and the big cat leaves without causing any harm. This is not the first instance of a wild animal being spotted in the residential areas of Mumbai. Leopards and other animals often venture out from the forest area to nearby areas in search of food. Residents even claim to have filed complaints with forest authorities, but it not known whether substantial efforts have been made to address the situation.
