China emerging as training ground for militants: Rinpoche

Addressing a two-day workshop of the 115th session of Indian Federation of Working Journalists in Dharamsala, Tibetan Prime Minister-in-exile, Samdhong Rinpoche on Friday said that after Pakistan it was China, which was emerging as a training ground for the militants. Meanwhile, the Tibetan PM also admired US President Barrack Obama's concern about the Tibetan cause.
