People in Itanagar have dismissed Chinese criticism of Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for visiting the state and his assertion about Arunachal Pradesh being a part of India. Singh, on a 'rare visit' to the state on, which China claims as its territory, said 'The sun kisses India first in Arunachal Pradesh'.
