Cloudburst prompts flash floods in Kullu

A cloudburst over Tharaman village of Kullu district in Himachal Pradesh caused a flashflood in the region at around 3.30 am on Monday. According to officials so far there were no reports of human casualties, and assessments of the damage were being conducted.
