Coalgate: CBI files fresh affidavit

The Central Bureau of Investigation on Tuesday filed a fresh affidavit in connection with the coalgate scam. The agency told the Supreme Court that no prior sanction for approval of the government is necessary to enquire against government officials in Coalgate.
