Cong backs Justice Mehta's refusal to be Gujarat Lokayukta

Backing the decision of Justice RA Mehta, who was appointed as the Lokayukta of Gujarat, who has refused to take charge of the post in the state, information and broadcasting minister Manish Tewari blamed the attitude of the Gujarat government.
