Cong neither soft, nor stepping back on Gadkari : Cong

Congress spokesperson Sandeep Dikshit has said that the party is neither soft, nor is it going to retract from its stand on BJP president Nitin Gadkari. He also rubbished the claims regarding an alleged tie-up between BJP and Congress.
