Congress doubts Hazare's knowledge on Citizen's Charter

Taunting anti-graft crusader Anna Hazare, Congress leader, Shantaram Naik has expressed doubts whether the veteran social activist is aware of his much clamoured Citizen's Charter that he wants to be enacted to supplement good governance.
