Congress mocks BJP over recalling Kalyan Singh

Taking potshots at the Bharatiya Janata Party over its supposed decision to bring back former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Kalyan Singh, as a part of its strategy ahead of 2014 general elections, Congress leader Jagdambika Pal on Saturday said that the BJP's plan to gain popular mandate through its Hindu firebrand leader would not yield the desired result.
