Curbing price rise, responsibility of the centre: CPI (M)

Reacting to the observations of India's Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar, Prakash Karat, General Secretary of Communist Party of India (Marxist) said that curbing price rise is a responsibility of the central government and not of the state government.
