Defamation case against army chief sent to ACMM

A Delhi court hearing the criminal defamation complaint filed by Lieutenant General Tejinder Singh against the Army Chief Gen VK Singh has transferred the case to the court of additional chief metropolitan magistrate (ACMM). The matter will now be placed before ACMM Amit Bansal on May 7.
