Delhi CM describes reshuffling as right of every govt

Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit has said that the media should not speculate too much about the reshuffling in the cabinet, which has taken place as all the ministers were very skilled and competent and the reallocation of portfolios would inject zeal in the cabinet.
