Delhi gang rape victim is stable: Ghulam Nabi Azad

Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad said that the 23-year-old victim of a brutal gang rape has been admitted to the Mount Elizabeth hospital in Singapore and her condition is reported to be stable.
