Delhi gangrape: RPN Singh justifies baton charge on protestors

Minister of State for home affairs, RPN Singh has justified the use of baton charge, water cannons and tear gas shells by the police, in an attempt to control the raging crowd, gathered near the Presidential residence to protest against the brutal gang rape of a 23-year old in New Delhi.
