Delhi gangrape: Sixth accused declared a minor

The Juvenile Justice Board today declared the sixth accused in the barbaric Delhi gangrape case as a juvenile, which would enable him to walk free by June 4, this year when he attains the age of 18 years. The JJB cited there was no doubt about his birth certificates he furnished.
