Delhi gangrape victim death: Shinde expresses condolence

Union home minister, Sushilkumar Shinde expressed his condolence with the family of Delhi gangrape victim, who died on Saturday in Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore. He has also promised every effort so that justice is meted out, and the culprits given the strictest of punishments.
