Delhi HC to hear 1984 anti-Sikh riots case on May 24

Sajjan Kumar's Defence counsel, Anil Sharma on Wednesday said that the Delhi High Court would hear the case against the Congress leader and an accused in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots on May 24. Kumar had urged the court to quash charges of murder and rioting against him, framed by a lower court, in the Sultanpuri case in which six people were killed.
