Dipping temperature and fog grips north and central India

Extreme winter conditions continued to send shivers across India on Wednesday with a blanket of dense fog and biting cold freezing the northern region. A thick blanket of fog enveloped Delhi, which reduced visibility on the streets and severely disrupted road and air traffic.
