DMK fetches 5 cabinet seats

The DMK and the Congress have reportedly reached an understanding on cabinet berth allotments. Sources said that the DMK is being offered two Cabinet berths, one Minister of State (with Independent charge) berth and three Ministers of State berths. The DMK, however, is keen on a third full Cabinet berth.
