DMK’s resignations to protest killings in SL

Stepping up pressure on Indian government to intervene in the Sri Lankan crisis, lawmakers of Tamil Nadu's ruling regional Dravida Munnettra Kazhagam or DMK submitted resignation on Friday. All the 14 lawmakers of the lower house of the Parliament including seven central ministers of the DMK submitted their post-dated resignations to the party.
