Doctors confirm Kasab is not a minor

After contending that he is a minor and not liable to be tried in a court, Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab, the lone surviving gunman who rampaged through Mumbai last November and presently in judicial custody has been certified to be a major as per medical experts. This was disclosed by the special public prosecutor, Ujjwal Nikam on Tuesday in Mumbai, at the special designated court that he is trying Kasab on different charges.
